The plain-language rules for using Alberta Ace. Effective October 7, 2026.
Alberta Ace is an online study service for Alberta Grade 12 diploma preparation, operated in Alberta, Canada ("Alberta Ace", "we", "us"). You can reach us at albertaace100@gmail.com. Operator details are available in our Privacy Policy.
Alberta Ace is an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by Alberta Education or the Government of Alberta. Always confirm official exam rules, schedules, and policies with Alberta Education and your school.
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. Provide accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us right away if you think someone else has used your account. You are responsible for activity that happens under your account.
Use Alberta Ace for your own studying. Do not share, scrape, resell, or republish study materials; do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the service; and do not misuse the tutoring or feedback features. Never submit secured, unreleased, photographed, memorized, leaked, or reconstructed exam questions.
Our notes, flashcards, practice questions, and scoring are study aids. We work hard on accuracy, but we do not guarantee that any material is error-free, complete, or matches current curriculum or examinations, and we do not guarantee any grade, diploma result, or admission outcome. Practice scores on Alberta Ace are not predictions of diploma results.
Submitting a tutoring request sends us an email; it is a request, not a confirmed booking. Session times are confirmed separately by reply. Tutoring offered through Alberta Ace is completely free, and no payment or subscription is required.
When you send us drafts, images of your work, or feedback, you keep ownership of them. You give us permission to store, read, and use them to review your work, reply to you, and improve the service. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share.
The Alberta Ace name, site design, notes, practice questions, and other materials belong to us or our licensors. Practice material is created for Alberta Ace and is not official exam content. You may use it within the service for personal study only.
You can stop using Alberta Ace at any time and ask us to delete your account by emailing us. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms, misuse the service, or create risk for other users, and we will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
To the maximum extent Alberta law allows, Alberta Ace is provided "as is", and we are not liable for indirect losses or lost opportunities, including academic outcomes. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, and nothing reduces consumer rights you have under Alberta consumer protection law.
If we change these terms in a meaningful way, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and, for significant changes, notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Alberta Ace after a change means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, and disputes will be handled in Alberta courts.
